The L'Harmattan Publishing House platform provides content delivery and Open Access publishing opportunities under a Read&Publish contract. The Archive's continuously expanding database contains previously published scientific publications of L'Harmattan Publishing House: from 2025, 1650 archives, and in addition, nearly 130 open access scientific publications are expected to be available. The Archive can only be accessed from specific IP domains or using an eduID. Open Access content is freely accessible to anyone without registration.
The database contains 235 specialized books published by Kossuth Kiadó. The volumes primarily cover topics in history, political science, philosophy, psychology, and social psychology. The collection contains scholarly books created in the intellectual workshop of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and published by the Akadémiai Publishing from 1950 to1996 (to a lesser extent after 1996). The digitization project was implemented in cooperation with the Library and Information Center of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, the Akadémiai Publishing House and the Arcanum Database Ltd.

Its main profile is social science specialized books, specifically historical publications and works processing the local history of Pécs and Baranya County, though its offerings also include books on literary history and art. The database contains the publisher’s entire book inventory, which is continuously updated with newly released titles.
Osiris Kiadó has been playing a significant role in Hungarian academic, social sciences, higher education, and literary publishing since 1994, also functioning as an intellectual workshop. The continuously expanding database, enriched with the latest publications, currently contains more than 1800 books, totaling over 600,000 pages, categorized into 20 scientific fields. The database, accessible through the szaktars.hu platform, is available for use by higher education institutions through both IP-based services and EduID-based identification.
